The bacon cooked quickly in my airfryer which was great since we couldn't stop eating it immediately out of the fryer..!! Perfect smokiness, fat content was just right. It was great both crispy or medium. This will be our new bacon of choice...Yumyum

Perfect for Baking!

This particular variety is well suited to baking. Line your baking sheet with foil (wider and longer than the pan) arrange bacon in a single layer. Place pan in cold oven, set temperature to 400, and let it bake 15 to 18 minutes. Starting with a cold oven helps render the fat slowly, and keep the bacon flat. Remove bacon to a plate lined with paper towels. Allow fat to solidify, lift off foil, close up and toss in the trash. These slices are thin, but not too thin, they separate well and bake up crispy.
