This CD is part three of a three part live dance concert that the great Stan Kenton Orchestra performed on the 19th of February 1953 at the Eugene Armory in Eugene, Oregon, it features the then newly reformed band of 1952 which saw the inclusion of many new musicans. This was to become one of Stan Kenton's greatest orchestras featuring some of the finest of Stan's line-up of musicians. The vocalist on this date was Chris Connor. Tracks: It's the Talk of the Town, Stella By Starlight, Swing House, Sophisticated Lady, Jeepers Creepers, Over the Rainbow, Easy to Love, Walking Shoes, You Go to My Head, You're Mine You, I Only Have Eyes for You, Everything Happens to Me, Eager Beaver, Laura, I Got It Bad, Artistry in Rhythm.
