My son wanted retro and to record onto cassette. This has an FM receiver so he can use a FM transmitter from his PC and record to cassette for under $20. It allows for quick playback with the built in speaker and has a headphones jack for better listening options. Bonus, there's a built in mic too.

works well. both the cassette player and the radio work and the sound is good. i like that you can use headphones or the built in speaker which can actually play pretty loud. need to have headphones plugged in to really get good radio reception because the headphones act as antenna, but even without headphones i can get some stations with pretty clear sound, overall works well and is good for playing older music that i have on cassette
