I use the one that’s MOIST, even seemingly a tiny bit oily because it is definitely the most gentle and efficient, i. e. NO DRAGGING NECESSARY. I won’t use anything else. I’ve tried the liquid with cotton balls or pads as well as the non-oily pads. I know that this review seems lengthy.
