It simply takes a little effort to put together right, but it works excellent.

I received this yarn winder as a gift and I adore it! There was a bit of a learning curve—I wasn't attaching the center piece correctly and couldn't get the spoon to lock—but once I paid attention to how I was putting the winder together, everything worked perfectly and I haven't had a problem since.
