The series can seem as an embodiment of French cafe life with its clean and classic design. it's rumored that this collection was created for use in the weather forecasting room on French battleships. Crafted of grade A sheet steel, the stool is available in varnished gunmetal. Slight surface markings and abrasions are characteristic of the material and part of its hardworking machine aesthetic.
