The LeLuv Magna Smart LCD Penis Pump's operation is very quiet, it's rechargeable via USB cable. The extra-thick clear cylinder is graduated in both inches and centimeters up the side, letting you watch and mark your progress accurately.
For beginners, it is important to start the pumping process slowly to avoid discomfort. Remember to use the quick release valve if the vacuum becomes too severe. Continue pumping/releasing air until you've found a suitable level of vacuum. The penis should look swollen but should not hurt. Keep an appropriate amount of vacuum on your penis and wait 20 minutes. Once the session is complete you should appear thicker and longer and have heightened sensitivity.
