On "Mason-Nixon Line" and the dirge-like final track, "Dead Man's Coat," Wick delivers some of his best early-period songwriting. Like Green Day, to whom they were often compared to before the former's meteoric rise, Gaunt rock out with a mixture of glee and disgust. But, also like Green Day, they're not afraid to display their smarts, either.
