The Forno Capriasca 48 Inch dual fuel range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304 grade stainless steel design. The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. The 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners are perfect for boiling or searing and can also handle tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easy sliding of pots or pans off heat when desired. The two ovens have a combined capacity of 6.58 cu.ft. and boast a total output of 9,700 Watts, providing ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling. The blue enamel interiors make cleaning a breeze, while the 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. The right-side oven features a true convection fan function. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy-access stainless steel oven racks, reversible grill/griddle, complete rotisserie kit including skewer and forks, concave wok ring, an LP conversion kit and a NEMA 14-50P power cord. Additionally, zinc-coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.

48″ Capriasca Dual Fuel Gas Range & Electric Oven • 8 Italian Sealed Burners • FFSGS6187-48
My initial reaction? Very impressive! It hasn't been hooked up yet so more on performance later. My first impression is that the range is built well. Everything fits together well. The burners and grates are extremely solid, heavy pieces. The wire racks are just as impressive and glide smoothly. Supplying 3 per oven is generous. The metal lighted control knobs, weight of the doors action: extremely nice. I did a lot of research before I bought and this range has more power and better features than the other imported brands and similar features to the domestic brands... for half the price. All these features, power, and substance in most areas at an incredibly low price mean that there must be cost cutting somewhere. The stainless sheetmetal panels clearly feel like a lighter gage than the domestics (compare the overall weight to the others) which may dent easier. Also when I unpackaged it I found several screws at the bottom of the box. I also found several loose screws on the range. It is assembled with sheetmetal screws and many were stripped out and could not be tightened fully. Maybe a switch to rivets would be better? I am very impressed overall. This is a beautiful well built range. I love it so far.

Emailed Customer Service & Got a Prompt Response!
Although we bought our range a couple of months ago, we are only now installing it in our new kitchen. It was tricky finding someone licensed to do the LP Conversion and we were a week out to Thanksgiving. I was wondering if I could still use the electric ovens before the burners were fitted for LP. I emailed customer service and got a response in hours! And they sent me videos for the installer! And helped me with my warranty registration. Wow, how refreshing to have a Customer Service department that actually does customer service!
