I eat a lot of cheese for calcium, protein and probiotics. I look for limited, real ingredients, not full of chemicals and preservatives. This is REAL cheese and taste fresh and delicious, not like cheaper brands taste like plastic no flavor. I use for grilled cheese, with crackers, grated for baking or tacos etc. Try it, you'll taste the difference!

Wonderful alternative for the comparable, more expensive brands. Excellent flavor and texture. At the time I write this, vegetarian friendly, as it does not contain animal rennet, cultures or enzymes, which is why I buy it. Not sure about the version that has Parmigiano in it. You would have to Google and check.
