Excellent product and customer service.

The adjustable bed frame is easy to put together. The split king is two twin xl bed frames joined together with included bolts so the frame does not separate. Two twin xl beds make a regular/eastern king(78 inches x 80) not california king (72 inches x 84) Both sides operate independently with 1 wired controller for each side. Operation is silent. This frame costs 1/4 to 1/3 the price of compareable frames. I had a problem with my latex mattress on both sides tending to slide off. When I called customer service I was shocked that a real person loacted in the US answered immediately. He offered a solution and said parts would be mailed the next day. A few days later parts arrived and problem solved! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am thinking about ordering another bed frame from this company.

Awesome Adjustable bed Frame

I was going to buy the temper ergo up adjustable bases for Kingsize at mattressfirm but they are like $1500 and this one was only $400 with tax free delivery. Hesitant at first but read reviews and ordered it. Came super fast in the mail and super easy install. Worth every penny and it has the same 1 year warranty just like the temper ergo up and great for watching tv in bed without killing your neck. Sturdy and quiet . Dont waste the extra money on the expensive ones.

AMAZING FOR THE PRICE Great customer service

Got this and the 12" homedics renew gel memory foam king size mattress. The frame is very heavy and very sturdy. It came in 2 boxes and i could barely lift a single box. Probably close to 80 lbs each box. They do make a sync kit (the queen frame comes with it) so this can be used with a single mattress, you just need to call or email customer support. (They may charge you, but they didn't charge me) This thing is awesome with the sync kit, and so much cheaper than the big name brand ones. You really can't beat the quality and price. Warranty is really good too. I'm loving watching the TV while inclined. AWESOME JOB PRAGMATIC!!
