I love this rug. It is beautiful! It was well-packed and arrived undamaged. But, once I rolled the rug out, it had a snag and a skipped thread that was not woven into the pattern. I am a seamstress. So, I can fix both problems. But I feel that Loloi's quality control should have caught this!
