Poor Design

This is a poorly designed toilet. If you don't throw the toilet paper in the "water spot" (American Standard's term) (in other words, if the paper is at the front or on the side), the paper doesn't flush. Also, the handle does not entirely cover the hole it fits into, so you see a gap at the tank. Definitely not a value for the cost.
