I asked them two comparitivelly simple questions which I finally figured out on my own and they said they don;t deal with that - huh getting on line. I wouod suggest save your money on this contract. I have owned many Laptops as well as serviced them for others but I was very surprised at the way this one is built and affordable. It boots up very fast with the solid state hard drive and shuts down fast as well. It has functioned smoothly and effortlessly. I was so pleased that after 2 weeks of running this model I went and ordered the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 i7 and honestly cannot tell the difference between either one. Very satisfied.
