The Treegator appears to be a well made product.

The Treegator requires attention. It should not be left on trees and forgotten as there is the possibility of trunk damage. After filling. the Treegator will drain in 4 to 5 hours. That should provide the tree with sufficient water for several days. Follow the directions and watch the videos.

Sturdy bags that I feel like will last for many uses. They live up to the claim that they only need to be refilled every 8 days. Note that this doesn't seep water continously for 8 days, but waters the trees deeply with a soaking drip so that they only need to be re-watered weekly.
