- Double-layer blades. The blade is made of special steel with a hardness of 52 degrees and is durable. The blades applys suspension desigh, easy to be installed, disassembled and cleaned. If you want to process different thick and thin pieces of meat, you only need to change the corresponding tool to achieve it. One machine can be used more, and the tool spacing can be customized.
- The machine is equipped with a safety protection switch. When the tool is exposed, the machine cannot be started by self-locking to ensure safety.
- Removable disposable knife group, after each use, only a slight cleaning tool group, and then add the zero degrees Celsius freezer preservation, directly installed on the machine can be used next time.
