This is the third purchase of this item, 8 am unsure if I have noticed a difference though as I started taking them after a lifestyle change. I started fieti f and eating better food choices as well as taking these. What I can say is though, since taking these December 2018 i have had one common cold and it lasted 3 days. I have had no flu, and no major infections, or illness. I cant be sure its these vitamins thats os keeping me healthy, but I’d like to think so because that why I buy them. I will continue to buy them, as you camt be too careful with your health, especially with covid 19 lurking!
