TOO BIG!!!

This device was clearly designed for VERY LARGE HUMANS. No matter how I try to orient it on my shoulder, the Velcro strip barely closes over my shoulder. The adjustable around-the-chest strap is as short as I can make it, and it just doesn't fit unless I am wearing a sweatshirt and vest - unusable in summer weather!!
