When I got engaged both my fiancé and I bought Qalo rings. He wanted an engagement ring of sorts for himself, but didn't wasn't interested in a pre-wedding-band jewelry piece. I wanted something to wear while I swam, biked, lifted, camped etc. I wear a Qalo ring while working out, as opposed to not wearing anything, as I'm always fiddling with my rings and to feel just an empty space makes my heart skip a beat think I've lost it or forgotten it. This ring is perfect- not too thin or delicate, it's comfortable and still gives the reassuring pressure/ weight of a ring. I've had no issues with pinching, scraping, or sliding with Qalo even for deadlifts or grip-intensive work, though I haven't worn it while climbing.
