Calcium gummies
I bought this supplement because the chewable ones were not in stock. I do not like gummies because they remain in rather big chuncks. These gummies are the same way and contain less milligrams than the chewable one I usually get. I have to chew at least 3 gummies rather than 1 chewable to get the same amount of milligrams. I do not like sugar like crystals on the gummies which leave sugar crystals coming out when you get to the bottom.

I can tell the difference from when I used other supplements. The people I worked with noticed how strong my fingernails were and I credit this product and an additional vit D3 supp for this.
