Physicians Formula Vitamin C Brightening Facial Oil Stick SPF 30,

I tried the Vitamin C Brightening Facial Oil Stick, and I had mixed feelings 🙂 On the plus side — it gives skin a nice glow and feels very hydrating if your skin is dry. The oil‑stick texture melts into skin, leaving a bit of softness and shine. Sometimes after application, my face did look brighter and more radiant, especially when I skipped heavy creams. And the built‑in SPF 30 is a convenient bonus for days when I spend time outside. However — I found that on my combination skin the finish could get too oily, especially if I used makeup on top or spent hours outside. The “glow” sometimes turned into a shiny look, and makeup didn't stay put very well 😕 Also, because the formula is very occlusive and lacks humectants, I felt it might be better suited for very dry skin, not for oily or easily-greasy skin types. Overall — it might work well as a night‑time treatment or for dry skin days, but for everyday wear on combination/oily skin it felt a bit heavy for me.
