Bad delivery service with Fedex????!!!!

I want Walmart to know that their deliver service Fedex can not deliver to the correct place ever???? why???? I now got billed for a product that Fedex deliver to the wrong place and I still get not get the replacement yet Walmart billed me already...not a good thing. So I can not tell you if the Sika product is good or not.
