Hamilton Beach Wave Crusher 700 W 48 oz 3-Speed Blender, Black

This blender is of great quality for the price paid. I love that the blender jar is made of glass as opposed to plastic. It is not as powerful as blenders that I have used in the past but it gets the job done. I use the blender mainly to make smoothies with fruits and vegetables. The only improvement that I would make is I would make the plastic ring that attaches the jar to the base stronger as it breaks easily.

Fun to use as I went through the 14 speeds like a NASCAR driver going to the gears. You can find the perfect speed for the task at hand. Additional features such as the pop up pouring spout, the wave action blending motion and a great ice crushing capability make this force me to retire and put away my other blender. Another plus is the large 40 oz capacity glass jar. I wish I had this before I bought the 3 previous blender that did not perform as well as this model. Kudos to Hamilton Beach for designing, producing and pricing a tool that over achieves all that it does. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
