It seems heavy duty enough barely
Putting it together was pretty straight forward fortunately because Instructions were barely helpful. Only issue is that the screen tilt is extremely difficult to snug the screw tight enough to keep my 32" monitor from drooping forward. Then the arm tension adjustment was weird and seemed like it didn'twant to hold my screen up. Again, instructions were nill.
