Since I bought this refrigerator a drain near the bottom has been expelling water which I have to wipe up everyday. Using this thermometer told me that the refrigerator and freezer were not cold enough. I adjusted the thermostat to make them colder and I no longer get water coming up from the drain. So I am very grateful that I bought this thermometer. One minor problem is I have to wipe it after I take it out of the freezer in order to read it.
