Quality not so great?

I bought this about a month ago and never wore them until I Took them out today to bring with me on a trip, only to realize that there's a significant area of missing sequins on the side of the shoe which reveals a white surface underneath so it's pretty noticeable. I haven't even worn them yet so I'm a little disappointed. Wondering if there's a way to repair them. Other than that, they're comfortable when I try them on and they look great.
