As a person unable to take NSAIDs my physician recommended Tumeric for inflammation. This product I put the drops under my tongue in the morning and notice decrease in the pain in joints . I also take Tumeric in capsule form (less expensive) . The product has a good amount of Turmeric comparable to what my physician recommends daily.
