This item was exactly as described online. I only needed the faceplate and it fit into my existing wall instillation. I didn't need them, but it contained all the parts needed for a new installation. Shipped very fast.

hinge breaks easily

Since the cover plate hinges at the bottom and the plastic is too thin at the connection, the hose breaks off the cover after just a few uses. We end up having to tape them closed in the house. Please either make from more durable plastic, add alternate closure pressure other than tiny spring hinge or open from the top. These were installed on a remodel. Our previous inlets bought with our original install never broke with over 15 years of use. Please return to the old manufacturer/style.
