Better be skinny!

I am a tall woman 5'10” and weigh 150pounds. The elastic on the pants is small and it is tight on my 29” waist! Additionally, the pants are slightly short so I have to pull them down on my hips for them to be long enough. The costume says standard size but a man would not fit in to this costume. Would maybe buy for a thin adolescent.
