Every Cuisinart product that I have purchased over a span of twenty plus years has been high quality and performed well. Pans, appliances, anything you can think of. This brand is now my go-to, given that the money spent turns out to be pennies for each year of use. I do not recommend putting any pots or pans in the dishwasher if you don't want the finish to become discolored.

I've only used this pan a few times, so can't comment on its longevity. However, it is a terrific replacement for an old 7" pan that needed to be retired. I like this size because it is perfect for a one-egg omelet. It is non-stick as claimed and cleans easily.
