    not plush, but pretty

    It's like art for my floor! The colors are true to the picture: black, teal and turquoise. The rug is really not a "carpet-soft-thick" floor covering, but it has velvety textured areas in the pattern. With a pad underneath, it feels softer under foot, but it's fine just as it is. Perfect for my bland beige decor.

    Strange folded over and glued ends

    I am using it as a hearth rug. Color is very nice. The shorter ends of the rug are folded over and glued, which is weird, so there's no border, like there is on the long sides.

    Safavieh Palazzo Anuki Power Loomed Area Rug

    I needed and had ordered this area rug in a 3ft by 5ft size. When received, the packaging says it is a 3x5 but it is only 30 inches wide. What I learned in school was that 3 feet = 36 inches, so where did the people who cut this rug go to school? Also, it was folded rather than rolled. Even if I could have used the size, I don't know how you would get out the creases so that it would lay flat. I will not order another Safavieh rug.
