You're STUCK

The burners are the issue and there is no ( NO) recourse. Can't can or boil water on this stove or any other new electric stove with "new technology" burners. And they ALL have these burners. Burner shuts down when any water starts to boil. "Not recommended for canning" they say. NO KIDDING. Forget water bathing! Had 3 burners going on high heat to finish off this season's maple syrup, rotating to a red hot burner as the one underneath shut down. Pity the candy makers who will buy this atrocious stove whose burners shut down JUST when they need that specific boil. Have told everyone I know to keep their old stoves. Switch to gas it you can. You've been warned.

Unhappy with the ability to use pots or skillets that MAY have a bow in them as they do not sit FLAT on the sensi unit and thus will not even cook EXCEPT at EXTREMELY low heat (even though the eye is set to HIGH). Also, unable to cook on high MOST of the time as the sensi unit controls the temperature NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF COOK WARE I use. All of the store had these sensi units so there was NO choice to choose otherwise in the store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STOVE FOR ANYONE!!

Disappointed

The burners turn off automatically while your trying to cook. It takes twice as long to boil foods due to the burners turning off and on. The drawer for storage is so small you can only put a couple of items in it. The oven doesn't show you how long the pre-heat stage takes. Wishing I had purchased the only other coil burner stove out there. I use cast iron skillets and must have coil burners.
