It did not come as a complete kit . I GOT THE RISER BUT NO COVER I THEN ORDERED THE COVER BUT NO BOLTS TO HOLD IT DOWN I NOW HAVE TO ORDER THE BOLTS TO GO WITH IT SO I CAN TIGHTEN IT DOWN. THEYSHOULD TELL YOU IT COMES IN SEPERATE PARTS. SIGNED VERY UNHAPPY.
