Ordered 4 link vbar for JD 2032r. With R3 radial. I was very detailed when making inquiry to order and was looking for both front and rear chains. Sales directed me to a few options for 300/70R20 rears and said they would “ get back” to me on the fronts - never did and I followed up request too (strike one). I ordered the recommended chain for rears and it was short by one cross chain and about 2 links per side (strike 2). Another email to customer service was unanswered (strike 3) and so I called yesterday and spoke with a real person Anna and she agreed to send 2 crosschains assemblies so that I can make these work rather than sending back. I purchased elsewhere the repair links and it required 2 links per tire to connect. Over the years I’ve had four tractors chained, and ordered from these guys, so not my first rodeo, I’m just waiting on the cross chains now - thanks Anna.- and I should be good. The chains themselves are very robust I’d give them a 5 star rating. I’ll give Anna 5 stars for the sending the crosschsins assuming they arrive before the snow. Sales and e-mail customer service is 1 star for unresponsive.
