These insoles are as good as the very expensive brands. They have been providing the arch support I need and wearing them has relieved my knee pain problems! They are comfortable and durable and I will buy them again so as to have them in all my shoes. They have relieved my high foot arch which caused foot pronation and knee misalignment. I recommend them for people who need arch support.

I'm buying more in case they stop making these!

I bought these 2 years ago, after 4 years of terrible pain from planter fasciitis and bone spurs. I've tried so many products, and no help and doctors don't do anything (other than saying, wow, you have super high arches... Me: ah, yeah... and the pain?? Dr.: ah... Do stretches.) But I do have super high arches... which is why I decided to try these. Within a week of wearing these all the pain was GONE. I could actually stand, I could walk again. Now... perfection. You don't realize how much freedom you have lost over pain until the pain is really gone! But I need to have back ups, Best to be a bit prepared, just in case. And that means I need my inserts. Cannot be without my inserts! These are PERFECTION!
