Challenging Exercise w Traditional Tai Chi Chuan

Chen-style is harder than Yang-style, but if you want to try and learn Chen-style, this short form is the best place to start. The teacher is a disciple of martial arts grandmaster Liang and you can tell. Very detailed step by step instructions of this traditional 54 form.
