I really like this cushion. I use on my wheelchair that I use occasionally for theme park days or long walks. It is soft and not too hard, it doesn't squash down flat. I am actually a very picky about stuff not being too hard or soft, and if feels comfortable to me. I am just a part time wheelchair user, and mainly being pushed around. The top is wipe able fabric, and the bottom seems to hold it n place well.

Gel-U-Seat
I purchased this Gel-U-Seat cushion to aid in the recovery from my Hemorrhoidectomy. It has been great. Once I returned to work, I used it in my office chair. Problem is that there are no tie straps built in the center of the pad to hold it in place. If the chair has no posts on the side to tie to, the pad keeps sliding.
