You MUST drink water for this to work

It does work but you can't take a bunch of em and not drink water! I'm talking at least 1/2 gallon during the day. Also, I notice if you take these during the day, it doesn't work as well as if you take them right before bedtime. And even still, I will drink a full 8oz glass of water with them at night.
