Pretty much what the pic shows on-line.

These are described as Flannel. They are fabric, soft, not fuzzy, no pile at all, and total thickness probably 1/4 to 3/8 inch thick out of the package. The back/underside is dotted with tiny rubber-like spots all over, and it does not slide easily on linoleum (my bathroom floor). If my opinion changes, I will add to this review later.
