NOT PACKED THE CORRECT WAY

Area Rug is very nice color as shown in picture The thing I did not like is is was packed in a square spare When it was opened it looked as it had a lot of creases in it It should not have been packed that way . As the rug was a 9x12 area rug it should have been sent rolled on a carboard tube This was you can just unroll and not have hard creases as I have
