Quality Bulb, Easy Install

Unit is small, light-weight, and easy to install as long as you have at least 18" of depth from the outer mounting surface to the inner surface of the plenum on the opposite side. 24VAC supply wire from included power supply makes it very simple to add a relay ($10-$15) to your system that will only energize the bulb when the blower motor is running (usually the "G" wire coming into your furnace from the thermostat, colored green). This way the 9000 hour bulb life will equate to about 6 years rather than one and you're not wasting energy sanitizing the heck out of the inside of your plenum while no air is moving through it!
