I was so excited that this worked as well as it did, and such a bargain!!! I'm in my sixties, have arthritis in most of my joints and not much upper body strength, so was delighted at how easy this went together, and since it both batteries were charged, I used right outta the box!!! It's light enough to maneuver easily, the blade did a good job “whacking” most things down, haven't had a chance to use the “saw” blade yet, but plan to use it soon as rain quits!

Surprisingly really good

No reviews but decided to roll the dice and I'm so glad that I did! It's lightweight but sturdy and a beast! Makes edging so much easier and you're not paying an arm and a leg just for an edger. If you've got thick grass it will continue to stop as you go along but it still works very well. I also used the circular blade as a hedge trimmer for thicker branches and it worked so well. I also used it to help tackle some tree limbs - and while it didn't cut through like a normal blade, it did help “nick” it enough to give the pole saw a huge lead way to move things along. If you're using it in a heavy duty way, the battery will drain fast, like 20 mins fast, and even shorter if working in direct sun. But thankfully they give you 2 batteries so that helps, but they do take a long time to charge and can lose charge - So keep that in mind before using or be prepared to work on other things for a few hours while they charge. I've only had this for a few months and have used handful of times, but hoping it lasts a long time. Overall really good value!

I am very impressed with how this weed wacker performs. The double metal blades slice through tough weeds that my much more expensive string weed wacker will not cut. It's lightweight, easily adjustable for height, has two batteries, and has an extra set of plastic and metal blades along with the circular blade. This was well worth $39.99.
