Love Hot Tools irons
I bought this iron to replace the same one that finally died on me. For some reason my old one seems to have gotten hotter than the newer model, but still love this curling iron. Exceptional value.

Faulty product for which I had to pay shipping!
I have used these HotTools curling irons for years. I ordered this one from Walmart because it was cheaper than in the local stores. When it arrived, it didn't work properly. It heated up, but not enough to actually curl the hair. So I took it back to Walmart who did NOT refund the shipping charge. This wasn't my fault and yet I had to pay to ship it. It's not the product I would rate as poor, only the product(s) ordered from Walmart. Never again!
