Good value if you want quantity of 8 colors

We buy bulk when possible for our Samaritian Purse Shoebox efforts. These require us to rebag, but we try to minimize packing in the 250 plus boxes we do anyway. Four color packs, often used in restaurants are generally cheaper, and if we can get 8 packs near back to school time at a similar price we take those. Else if you bundle enough stuff together to get free shipping, this is a good alternative.
