Remove the pad from its wrapper, position the sticky side onto the underwear's gusset (the part that sits between the legs), and ensure it's securely placed. If the pad has wings, wrap them around the underside of your underwear. For disposal, wrap the used pad in its wrapper or tissue and discard in the trash; do not flush it.

Great for heavy flow and larger ladies
I am 6' tall and I've had four kids. I also have heavy periods. My local Sam's Club had these in stock so I tried them. I've been hooked ever since. These are my favorite pads. I can confidently wear them during the day and know they won't shift or leak. They are long enough to cover front to back so that bedtime leakage is minimal. These pads plus a tampon are guaranteed no bedtime leaks for me. My college-aged daughter also claims these are her favorite. I wish my local store still carried them.
