Awesome cookbook

The cookbook is hardcover with an inside large spring binder. This allows you to lay the book flat to any page you want. The recipes are straight forward with a break down of nutrition per serving. Also, on the very last page, it tells you that a certain percentage goes to help poor people with medical bills. Plus the book sales help her pay for her husband's brain cancer. The book has my Utmost highest respect, I can't recommend this book enough.
