Pleased in Pleasant Hill

Purchased two blinds for my second story deck. Was pleased with the easy installation. Now I have instant privacy whenever needed. The blinds I originally wanted to order had been discontinued. The customer service person who helped with my phone order went above and beyond to help me find the blinds I purchased. A big thank you to her.

Convenient, versatile but needs air flow holes

Very convenient to be able to extend and retract. Fairly easy to install on decking. However, it could use some air flow holes for wind to pass through so that the screen doesnt act like the sail on a boat by catching the wind.

Disappointing!

Attached the awning roll piece to a deck wall on one side and the end piece to the deck floor on the other side. Soon as I unrolled it and hooked it in, it was clear that it is not an effective solution. Slightest wind creates a wobble in the fabric of the screen, no matter how tightly it is pulled and there is no position in which the fabric is tight enough not to wobble. My location is breezy and therefore completely inappropriate for this product. Instructions were unclear. They send you to a YouTube video that only shows one side of the installation and not how to install the strange nut/bolt combo provided for the other side. In short, they need to go back to the drawing board on this one!
