I was struggling to keep my blood sugar under 150 consistently, but after only taking these for three days, my blood sugar is now peaking at 200 or less and quickly decreasing to the 130's and 120's and staying below 135. This is a huge improvement and it seems to be improving daily. I'm very impressed with their effectiveness and the price in very reasonable when purchasing them from Walmart
