Pencil Clip quanity is deceptive in description

I should have known....the description on the quanity is very deceiving as to what your exactly purchasing. The description makes it appear you are purchasing the clips in the plastic container, and yes the price is very minimal, but Walmart does clearance items out at a very low price to liquidate . Shipping was aboslutely absolutely ridiculous for 4 pencil clips! Be Ware, only when I went back to check on order was then a description at the top of paid order form a disclaimer about the individual pen clip, not the filled plastic container. Seems this has bern a problem before, but walmart fails to put it at the beginning of order description.
