Cheap. Don't bother to order.

Smaller then indicated on line. Said it was 13 inches but on the box it says it is 12 inches. The item is very cheap and has only one suction cup to hang it up with. The suction cup does not fit and cannot hang the heart in the middle. The hook is too short. Poor design. Hung it sideways on the window. The cord is also very short. Very disappointed. Only 10 lights which makes the item rather dull.
